Nancy Allen
Nancy Y. Allen is passionate about human resources. She
has spent the past 12 years helping companies capitalize on the strengths
of their employees and HR processes to achieve their long term goals.
Prior to becoming the President of NYAC, in 2006,
she worked in the HR/payroll service bureau arena for over 10 years.
leading clients through the process of process re-engineering, change
management, HR/payroll system implementations and best practice development. Having
assisted 70+ clients during that time has provided Nancy a broad
range of experience and expertise – from leading clients through
process re-engineering, change management, HR/payroll system implementation
and the creation of employee communications.
Nancy holds a BA degree in Business from Reinhardt
College and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Senior Professional
in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications.
